Ran around the neighborhood. I wish it was warmer but it was still lovly. My shins hurt not bad but I noticer for sure.

I also know I really need to run alot more to get ready for the Leavenworth Half and Hood to Coast. Looking so forward to my running commitments for the rest of the year. Jeff said if I quit my job he will go running with me every day!!!! At 9 or 10 wouldnt that be awesome!!!

Jeff wants you to quit your job? Tell me more about this! Walk on your heels a lot, ice your shins, take ibuprofen, strengthen your calves by doing raises up on your toes (do them on the stairs for even more resistance).

Do you need a training calendar? If you can (I will do these with you since I will be back by then) you should do one or two double-workouts - doing a run in the morning and a run in the evening.
