Up the big hill by the house ran the whole way. It was nice out, I couldn't belive it. I truly believe I would be running a ton more if I had a treadmill or good weather. I have zero motivation. I really need to pick it up.

Whenever I need motivation, I read race reports. It's helpful to read about the culmination of weeks or months of training. Did you run the Lincoln City Half?
